Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for scannable cards within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Custom printed cards are non-returnable unless defective
  • Defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Return request must be submitted via email to support@724shamid.com

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom printed cards (unless defective)
  • Digital products and services
  • Downloaded software or digital designs
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
